Do you ever think about how, before modern times, people were always just cold or hot all the time?
Being comfortable and clean was a rare situation.

I bet the methods people used to stay warm and cool were pretty effective. Not same as adjusting your thermostat, but they probably weren’t that uncomfortable. Also higher tolerance. But yeah, I have to be just right or im auto cranky haha
It I'd also funny how everyone has their own different preferences. I love heat and am comfortable at temperatures 80F+. Anything cooler than 70F and I get chilly and need to be in long sleeves. My wife on the other hand is the polar (no pun intended) opposite.
Needless to say the thermostat is kept busy between the two of us. Haha
Do you think about all the crap we eat because of convinience, the flip side as well the great different 🍖 we can eat now, condiments, fruits…getting hungry again.
Anyway in a few years we will have many great solutions to make it sustainable. Its a hate and love relathionship.

I'm sure you could move the mammoth hide covering the cave entrance a few inches to get a cool night breeze in. people liked comfort always :)
