Understanding tradeoffs is key.
One can't fully understand, nor fully control, nor fully configure- all the services and devices being used.
For convenience I accept certaintradeoffs.
Custody on layer 2 is a bit of a different (less bad) beast than custody on layer 1. Still need easier self custody solutions.
Not worried about spending cash getting rugged. I think of it like losing a wallet. Stings a bit, but not gonna put me into any financial ruin. Trade offs for ease of use acceptable.
