Do you ever bother backing things up when trying the betas? I havenāt, I think Iāll install this now and see how big my regret it lolā¦
I have no backups. I try not to keep anything on disk i would be willing to lose
Okay it's installed, hard to notice any differences from beta 3 so far š
isnāt this the first 18.1? Maybe Iām hallucinating but i didnāt think 18.1 was out for iOS until now
I've been updating and following along whenever this guy makes an update about the betas ( https://www.youtube.com/@BrandonButch ), I may not have referred to it correctly. But I for some reason have a developer account, i think because i downloaded xcode at one point, and went ahead and tried out the dev betas.
Apparently it was out before for 15 but only just released for older phones
What are you excited about as a developer?
Probably the Apple Intelligence part. Thatās the whole reason for 18.0 vs 18.1
