4-day-week is superior. You work 20% less, have 50% more free days per week and only lose like 18% net of your salary.
Of course, it's financially superior, but digitalization is an employee desert.
3 days work week paid at 75% of full time salary (before tax) would be my sweet spot. 200% free time, more free days than work days.
