You sounds pretty left.

Naah Im right.

Just wait until nostr grows and you will see it.

Is it a joke? Why would anyone want nost to be censorable?

Why would anyone want chil porn in here?

Would you be okay if a lot of pedos came in and shared links to their stuff?

Only if not in my feed 😂

You don't like some content - you don't subscribe to such content creators

You would see it before you can block it.

Why? I would have to subscribe to one of them to see them in my feed, right?

Nope.

Can you elaborate, please? How to publish to people who don't subscribe?

Replies, Boosts.

If I boost post of someone you dont follow, you will see it.

You wouldn't boost CP. Or I unsubscribe :)

Regarding replies you are right. I just got shitcoin spam in replies. How to deal with it?

The problem is and will be only theoretical for forseeable future. Nostr is inhabited by bitcoiners and they are pretty based. But I dont want to be naive and just hope it will stay that way. It happend to many "uncesnored" websites and networks in the past.

Censorship on nostr is an oxymoron..😆🤭👎

You mean its impossible? By which mechanism? Clients are centralized and can hide whatever content they wish.

Relays can block whoever they wish as well.

Compare it to Bitcoin where you pay fee and network doesnt know nor care whats the purpose.

Imagine the worst stuff here. Dont tell me it wouldnt get hidden (I dont mean user blocking)

Markets of relays and clients are open. If users are not satisfied with some kind of automatic blocking introduced by a relay or a client, they will move to another relay or client, preserving their networks and data. If there wouldn't be such an option, it would be censorship. For example, you can't move to another vendor and get YouTube or twitter without their blocking, that is why those platforms are with censorship. You can move to YouTube's competitor, but you would lose your YouTube network and data
