The "against me" argument is one of the most powerful in the #freedom lover's arsenal when talking to friends & family.
"If I don't want an experimental injection do you support someone destroying my life as a punishment?"

That implies they too are being robbed and coerced, an idea with no place this side of the wall of denial. 🧱
Still useful. Find an area of disagreement. Vaccines have been a good example for me. I can make a decent argument for why they are all dangerous, there are multiple well cited books on the subject. I have been censored on social media (which we now know was govt directed) for sharing my beliefs.
"Should I be censored & not allowed to discuss the way I want to live my life because govts or govt sponsored enterprises don't like my views or see me as a threat to their bottom line?"
Covid was very illuminating indeed. Certain things cannot be unseen.
Voluntaryist is an even gayer (in a negative remark) label than libertarian.
Also, friends? Who the fuck cares about friends
Yes, but it's for the common good!
(Of all the things I find odious about propaganda, the weaponization of human decency is one of the worst. I know that plenty of people were for the mandates because of virtue signalling and fear, but a lot of others genuinely thought they were on the side of goodness and for the general welfare of their fellow humans.)
I am afraid they will say "yes" and then what do I do? end the friendship abruptly and forever?
