I think the way it works these days is if you have a large intelligence apparatus you have the ability to identify schizophrenics, disaffected’s, extremists etc… and target them with propaganda about how a specific person is uniquely evil needs to die etc… you effectively have a knob where you can turn up the temperature on anyone and make the chances of their assassination/murder whatever more likely. Though I’m not sure that’s at play here, this is seeming more and more like trans violence.
