Ok.... A few things here.... The link between Tylenol use in pregnant women and the increase risk of various neurological disorders, including autism, was found ten years ago by research done at Harvard and other institutions. Since then Johnson and Johnson spun off a subsidiary to absorb all the lawsuits against Tylenol. One class action lawsuit was dismissed by a judge in a very suspicious way in that he wouldn't allow the plantiffs in the case to submit the studies that showed the link to autism in court. Vaccines are also potentially a contributor to various neurological disorders but this "breakdown" by no agenda is based on nothing. Definitely not the facts

Thanks for info! Was wondering what the stakes for a class action against Tylenol would be. Assumed it would threaten JnJ enough that they might be compelled to proceed as clip suggests.

The breakdown was just someone who wrote the show and had an interesting theory. It jives with my biases too, ngl.

Sounds like you're saying JnJ not sufficiently at risk as a whole, so may not be the push to fight amongst themselves as I was hoping for?
