Its a pain in the buthole i recommend using wallet of shatoshi then just moving sats to a non custodial . IMO
Might just do this until there's a slightly easier way.

Push through the pain
We need an rug-proof alternative asap thats every bit as easy as WOS before everyone gets comfortable relying on other peoples nodes
