Fiat currencies, over the years have proven 100% that they will fail. The average life expectancy of a fiat currency is 27 years. There comes a point in time where we shouldn’t question the fiat but the humans themselves.
Also today many people store value outside fiat. In houses, stocks, gold and options.
Until bitcoin, that’s the only option people had to store their wealth hoping to beat inflation. ₿itcoin changes/fixes this.
I think this dogmatic style of thinking makes your oppinion untrustworthy. Why should people only give value to one asset, when there is a lots to choose from.
And since Bitcoin does not serve in big crisis like they had it in spain. So a society that would store all value in bitcoin, would be volatile.
I was merely replying to your comment about storing wealth outside of the fiat system. You mentioned real estate, gold, stocks and options. Gold is the only one that could possibly work in a grid down scenario. I don’t understand your accusations towards me? Nowhere did I say to hold nothing but Bitcoin.
I am a prepper, I hold many things for many situations, but as far as holding wealth for the future, I still stand behind Bitcoin as the best vehicle for that. Change my mind.
