I'm considering doing a road trip around the province before winter hits. It's really needed. I'm still keeping up with going outside to refresh and do normal things with normal people.

Did a 6.12km run in 34 minutes with a run club, and that's a heck of a win. I normally do a 5k at that pace.

The intense urge to find where my stickers are. It reminds me of the alleyways in Dotonbori, where I did a morning run and tagged my stickers.

I could use some foreign tobacco, usually Japan or US. I find the Canadian ones too boring. Too much anti-smoking propaganda, amiright? 😂

I almost threw up this afternoon after therapy. It will fuck you up more than you think.

Where most of my photo/video work are on there to share to the broad public, its tough navigating through the wave of constant negativity.

But all my news for local events, contacts, and means of expanding my network is on there, which sucks. I really wish I could pull the plug to save my sanity.

The creative space has been so poisoned with politics, who can you really trust to be around these days? It's like walking through a minefield. Can't enjoy the process of creating with that energy going around. And I'm not here to play the social media game either.

My level of tolerance keeps going up. I clearly have seen enough 😂

Got so bored with watching bitcoin podcasts and related content, that I decide to pick up a book instead.

And I haven't used my smart watch since my Half marathon. I went from wearing it daily to count my steps and gym sessions, to not wearing it for almost a month and only using it when I'm on a run. I didn't take it with me when I flew over to Calgary for the Rodeo, and that was when I felt pretty free without it. And one less thing to worry about when getting to my flight too.
