Looks like an old icon pack I had on iOS 9.3.5 🤣😑
That's why I smoke 🤣 Makes me notice the good more than the bad
I hear Vietnam is doing better now, I need somewhere other than NA or EMEA 👀
I am not surprised. Brb, turning my entire house into a farraday 🤣
Your spirit and dedication is commendable. Best news souce on Nostr, hands down! 👌👌
I only know that it's related to the OP_RETURN value. Core v30 aims to increase the max data size while Knots is keeping it low to avoid malicious content being hosted by nodes. I could be very wrong, but that's how I've interpreted it
(Please correct me if I'm incorrect/inaccurate)
I can't escape this country and my voice is useless in local council meetings. One way or another, I am NOT living in a world where this is the standard. I just won't.
I will never comply with my own oppression. Rise up, my English, Welsh, Irish, and Scottish brothers! We are being held captive.....
I've only ever had starcucks once, it was disgusting and it gave me the shits for days, wish I were joking 😭 Fuck em from the river to the sea ig
No the fuck they do not 🤣 My oldest sister is a retard hahaha
I KNEW I recognised his name!

⚡️🇺🇸 NEW - Hillary Clinton, speaking at the Clinton Global Initiative, called for a crackdown on what she described as “truth and disinformation.”
She argued that the current information ecosystem is broken, blaming social media and AI for spreading lies.
Clinton announced that the Clinton Global Initiative is rolling out a new plan to fight these so-called lies to “save democracy.”

I dislike Hillary very much, however I gotta give her credit for where it's due. She's a phenomenal public speaker
GM Nostr 🫡

Patsy Kempah scream, niiice
I think everyone does. American, British, it's too common because of selfish ideologies over spiritual bonds. But let's not forget that a lot of women oftentimes aren't worth the ground they walk on
My little Tippo only worried about bringing me birds and mice 😂 She was always so proud, purring like a chainsaw then would curl up on my lap and refuse to move for hours 🤣😸 Can't wait to get her back
That's not what I said. Ben is a Jew, Charlie was a Christian, yet Ben is still supporting Charlie's legacy because they were friends
Ah man, I remember being like 4 years old when my dad installed BF2 on our home PC, I spent DAYS of my little youth amazed by it. I gotta grab a copy this weekend
I am 😉 Ciggy and coffee in the morning sun is sexual
Honestly void is arch without as much pain, but more manual, CLI based. A lot of proprietary soft isn't packaged in the default repos so support is kind of a pain in the ass.
I only say it as a joke though, Niri on void is like a full time job in itself 🤣
On a real note, I'd go for Ubuntu with Oma because isn't Cosmic still in alpha and slow as hell in development? I could be wrong, haven't kept up with it, but you can't go wrong with Ubuntu
Modern users kinda makes me sad. Got a few beginner friends who struggle to do anything thenselves without a course or LLMs
I remember when CBDCs came into the spotlight 2015-16 and people genuinely thought it's a good idea...
I hate it enough for the both of us mate. I get serious baby rage every time I see that accursed logo 🤣
⚡️ GN - For the time being, I'm making my comeback gradually, before returning to a cadence of around 55 notes a day.
Thanks to the handful of Nostr men and women who support me, I've missed you all.

Good to have you back and all, but why is she mogging me to the moon and back? 🤣
Especially in tech. Correcting someone only serves to solve the problem, while encouragement allows them to think for themselves with pointers on where to start
The absolute state of discourse on X right now.

Sounds like my little brother on fent 🤣
Flash, my dude you DESERVE a break. I haven't been using Nostr for very long, but you are one of those who I look forward to seeing every time I open Primal. I'm sure I speak for many others when I say we'll still be here, waiting for your return, however long you need.
Look after yourself bud, stay safe and see you soon!
I LOVED my old flipper, very useful tool and can definitely do that.
Mine was stolen by a jealous ex-friend and I never replaced it which I regret
How's that been going with the recent attacks on the AUR? A buddy of mine lost his shit over it lol.
Hyprland is great, been using it more often recently
Well, "ontology" in terms of AI is the representation of knowledge and relationships between knowledge.
"Iraeli-grade ontology" likely refers to Israel's predisposition to use immoral acts to ensure "safety".
Jargon for "fuck you and your data, we're always watching"
⚡️🇵🇸 WATCH - Aid boxes fell directly onto the tents of displaced families in southern Gaza, destroying them. Some civilians managed to escape, while others couldn’t make it in time.
Because of the Israeli blockade on Gaza's civilian population, even "humanitarian" aid is given in a dehumanizing way...

"Yo go long!"
It's 2025, people exchange concerned looks with each other when they pass in the streets. Speeding up to avoid any confrontation or conversation. Towns and villages are filled with strange people who follow their own culture, instead of engaging with the society around them.
The library is empty, besides a few older women, delicately reading their news paper. Not a youth in sight except myself. No one wants knowledge, they don't want this world.
They opt to live in the binary, blue light shatters their strained and sunken eyes. Socialising goes as far as "how was your weekend?" Lonely. I sat alone by a river, shovelling drugs up my nose to feel something other than absence, only reinforcing toxic ideals.
In a world where we cannot trust ourselves, cannot make real connection with others, our lives run by ads, consumerism, and conformity, what do we have? How do we move forward?
The soul of humanity is dead and I fear it will never return
After double checking, the GNOME Project launched in 1997 while KDE was 1996. Plasma released in '08 and GNOME DE was '99, so near enough a decade on KDE, despite KDE being founded first
Ah, we had a slight disconnect. The KDE *organisation* was formed in 1996, but the Plasma desktop wasn't until 2008, while GNOME's initial release was in 1999.
I'm *pretty* sure that's incorrect, GNOME has almost a decade on top of KDE, however KDE has made massive strides in UX (especially in the last year; give or take). Entirely anecdotal here, but I've definitely seen a rise in KDE users and not as much GNOME usage
Then again, I haven't used a DE since 2020 so I've missed a lot of market stats
It's fun to play around with in a technical sense, but not something to be used as a daily driver at all
Very tragic. As much as I respect Terry for his work, he was NOT a respectable person. Did a lot of ethically abhorrent things.
Doesn't change the pure genius that came from Mr Davis
It's awesome, config is in CSS so it's an extremely low barrier to entry, but massive customization options. Pair it with Way/Polybar and you have a solid fidelity and high performance system
I hear that often, however I never really used i3. My go-to Xorg WM was always XMonad because Haskell interested me greatly. Only really started to adopt Wayland environments 2-3 years ago when I first fiddled around with Hyprland, NEWM, River, and Wayfire, before settling with Niri
Great choice! Though, Sway personally gives me headaches. I dualboot Void and Arch with XMonad/Niri (respective) myself
Longer than I've been alive! What do you run?
I wanna meet more Linux nerds. Whether you've just installed Mint for the first time, or are the sysadmin using CRUX, say hi!
