She argued that the current information ecosystem is broken, blaming social media and AI for spreading lies.
Clinton announced that the Clinton Global Initiative is rolling out a new plan to fight these so-called lies to “save democracy.”

It is so frustrating to listen to. Now, that it is a popular topic for politicians, she jumps onboard. Traditional media has been feeding us misinformation for decades. We now have the technology to push back and it is a problem for them.
I support the adoption of technologies that allow for freedom of speech that cannot be censored and maintains an individual’s anonymity.
The solution is for politicians and companies to be truthful and provide detailed information on topics we want to know about.
When only Governments can tell you what the truth is... How could that possibly go wrong? Democracy must be from the bottom up not the top down...
