Okayyyyy I have to workout now. Today is core. I have like 3 moves and I’m sick of them. Anyone got inspiration ?

Okay for real now, getting up...

Do steam engines.

Start standing up, feet shoulder length apart. Hands behind your head as if you're about to do a sit-up.

While keeping both hands on the back of your head, bring the right elbow down and toward your center and the left knee up until they meet. Then left elbow to right knee.

Repeat until you're tired and do 3 sets with two-minute breaks in between.

It's even better if you have some kind of weight you can put around your ankles.

Ab wheel and loaded carries

Have a wheel, never tried loaded carries tho, cool idea πŸ«‚

If you do ab wheel be sure to squeeze the butt as you go forward. It protect the lower back.

For loaded carries have a look at suitcase or farmer walk.

For me, the real kick comes from pre cooling with ice bath prior to training

Weighted back squat = core.

Ab roller, rope pulldown crunches, hanging leg raises.. Straight then bent till failure

Find a baby, any baby, preferably a husky one, and carry him around in a front facing baby carrier

I’m gonna walk around looking for a sign that says free babies now
