Have a wheel, never tried loaded carries tho, cool idea š«
If you do ab wheel be sure to squeeze the butt as you go forward. It protect the lower back.
For loaded carries have a look at suitcase or farmer walk.
For me, the real kick comes from pre cooling with ice bath prior to training
