I try to get one VO2 max or HIIT training session done a week. Always feel great after I’m done.

Yeah absolutely. I have been honing in on mastering massive light weight/with resistance on all lifts with the goal of depleting my glycogen levels each workout so I can eat whatever I want and see gains faster.
