What’s good node etiquette? How often are you allowed to nag your peer about their neglected Lightning node? How often do you _have to_ nag them before it’s acceptable to force close? If you gifted a channel, can you take it back?
On the other side of this, good node etiquette is monitoring and not going offline for long periods of time!
