Its easy to say "they" and piece this as an elaborate master plan, very difficult to trace the chain of cause and effect, even from within.
Sometimes it's just a speaker at a global conference that I fluences 5-8 bureaucrats who then go back to their countries and begin implementing measures.

Did you think "they" (I usually like to call them the Evil Fuckers) would make this easy for the plebs to understand? They like to pull the strings from behind the scenes and create the illusion of clean hands with plausible deniability.
When I speak of "they" I'm not sure the name you know them as. Sounds as if you have a bit of understanding but think of the clues more like coincidences without able to put your finger on it.
The banking system is a private industry controlled by a select few families from around the world. They are the Evil Fuckers that use their banking industry to control the governments around the world.
Why is there such a disconnect between the world governments and their people? Are they upholding the will of the people or are they literal in the business to control?

I spoke about how governments are being taken over by global standard setting bodies (and thus less accountable to citizens) during my interview with Marty Bent on TFTC.
I think using "they" as a way to explain what is happening is intellectually lazy as it fails to take into account the shades of individual human personalities that are involved.
Again, I'm looking at this with a unique insider view I think few have.
