Bitcoin wallets and other bitcoin related products should seriously consider moving away from traditional email and instead adopt Nostr.

Not only does centralized email defeat the whole purpose of anonymity, but it is also incompatible with freedom tech.

We already implemented Nostr for our self custodial Lightning address service, ZEUS PAY.

We use it for:

- Zaplocker attestations that keep our LSP in check

- Notifications, if you don’t want to use push notifications
