I pulled my muscle or something in my back doing Pilates which is not at the point of Pilates at all and it's not getting better
I'm guessing the 10 mile bike ride is not a good idea today

The cycling position puts a little streatch on the back so depending on the nature of your injury you may be able. I had a herniated disc, struggled just getting out of bed, getting in and out of a car was a challenge. But I could ride. I fasted to cure.
maybe I'll try a little short ride later

don't think I have a herniated disc
it's just a muscle, I hope
