Yeah, you can already do this with the highlighter extension
The default option is to create a bookmark of the current site, and if you highlight something it creates a highlight of what you selected.

I figured it did but never tested it out because Amethyst has bookmarking built in. Going try make lists with it though tonight. Thanks.
