My comment was really just an idea as to why we see $$$ flowing everywhere from the US but not *to* the US.

The us wouldn't need money. They need what money can't always buy that easily.

Two reasons

governments use war for money laundering the real reason for “foreign aid” Julian Assange explains this very well.

And secondly the US controls the world money printer since US$ is the worlds reserve currency. Why would anyone aid the wealthiest nation on earth?
