I usually don't even say "Bitcoin" anymore. If I can get a hook into someone with "they are ruining everything by stealing your money through inflation" then I'll take it from there. I find people who don't even earn enough to save are more receptive to the inflation discussion, even if their wages tend to grow with inflation.
