What are they good for? Eating? Medicine?

These will be for eating. I think most mushrooms have some medicinal qualities though.

What substrate are you using? Coffee?

I'm surprised this works. Mine is almost at the top of a half gallon Bell jar and so far no infection and nothing was sterilized.
