In theory I like it since it could help debug threads and events that don't follow the spec. But it's not the great for privacy.

I used to think this would be an attack on Nostr like the User-Agent wars on browsers caused bad things, but now I think the network is resilient enough to at least fend off _that_ attack.

don't like it because it's dumb. the argument that it's good for development is ridiculous and quite the contrary, because any client can forge it by adding a tag from another client, bork things and then accuse that client of doing funky shit..
