Small business and the restaurant business is relentless. As soon as I feel like I've gotten something under control, it unravels again. Training staff is hard, it requires lots of patience, diligence and consistency. I don't have any answers, just sharing part of my daily struggles. It’s a never ending Ferris wheel. I just feel like I’m always stuck at the bottom waiting for her wheel to start turning.

Not that this is going to instantly change your problems but I found this book helpful and it’s a very quick read
