(1) The heavy focus on Bitcoin might scare people off.
(2) Bluesky is getting a lot more attention in the mainstream media and could potentially overtake Nostr.

Probably because we as humans like exclusively and the shining object we “cannot” obtain. Once we get the shiny object then that emotion and hype fades.
Plus the marketing force is strong with bluesky it is. (yoda voice*)
