A few of us were standing in a parking lot watching one for a bit. They were arguing that it was just a plane--but no red/green wing lights--then suddenly it cut all its lights and I pulled the Leo move "there! Did you see that? Where'd it go?" LOL

I spoke to someone who works at Picatinny. He said, they have an official position, and it's **not** them. Possible he *couldn't* tell me, but take that for whatever it's worth...
