Meanwhile, I'm messaging a solicitor on Signal explaining I do not conduct business by phone, so they are calling me tomorrow 😂

How crazy am I thinking I get to set the terms of business if I am paying for their services 😂

That's the benefit of paying money, you _do_ get to do that. If one of my clients wants to use sempahore, I get my arms waggling but I charge a premium for the extra calories.
