I think Amethyst fails to clear the "new note" cache sometimes. So when you click on reply, close the modal, create a new post from scratch, it will end up posted as a reply, not a new post.
Or maybe I'm just bad with computers.

I've been knocking out some small bugs, I will take a look but if there's no issue I'm going to forget 😅
