It’s somehow always Sennheiser that sends people down the audiophile rabbit hols. Well, sometimes it’s a cheap pair of Koss Porta Pros if you grew up in a third world country and couldn’t afford Sennheiser like me, but otherwise, Sennheiser is the Toyota of audiophiles. Nothing wrong with a Corolla, and even when you can afford exclusive sports cars, everyone looks back fondly on their HD650s. :)

I've had them hooked up to my gen3 Scarlett 18i20 and it took me a while to appreciate them. I got into home audio when I was really young and liked Klipsch equipment, so I've had a pair of their headphones for years. Well I got used to their not-so-flat response, so it took me a while to appreciate how "flat" they are in comparison.

I'm definitely interested in trying new things, but if my Corolla runs and drives for a while I'd be more than happy XD
