72 was challenging but amazing. I only did it once. This is the second time. 24-48 easy, something magical happens IMO around 40-50 hours, very hard to describe. This sort of zen state that I haven’t experienced anywhere else. I’m looking forward to being there again.

My tip is sparkling mineral water, squeeze of lemon and pinch of Himalayan sea salt. Around day 2 it starts to feel like you’re cheating cause it tastes like soda or something. 😂😂😂.

You can do it while working. The app Lauren posted is great cause it shows you what your body is going through and has little tips and pointers and things.

Imo everyone should fast. You don’t realize how often you eat to soothe yourself. When you take that away you come face to face with discomfort and when there’s nowhere left to run, you settle into it and discover a new side of yourself.

If you decide to do it, good luck!! Also, I did 24 hours once a week for a couple months and then 2 times a week for a couple weeks before I jumped to 72.
