We just traveled a week across the Netherlands: Consistently drove on impeccable roads, traffic that just flows, lots of PV on the roofs, high e-car density, everything clean, the people all relaxed and friendly, many parking spaces and farm stores with payment on a trust basis - that is such a contrast to Germany and blatant, how much more advanced they seem in the neighboring country.

Back home, everyone thinks that Germany is the crown of creation – but abroad, people got lots of reasons to shake their heads about us germans.

I don‘t know much about the political situation, but was impressed by how „the basics“ seem to be in a very good shape – especially when compared to the ongoing constant decline over here.
