I don’t relax (according to my interpretation of the word). Haven’t done so for probably three or more decades. To manage that I change pace, often. I do this by daily ish walks 45+ mins. A sporadic meditation practice and a pretty solid mindfulness routine. Earlier this year I had the closest thing to a holiday in 35 years, where I probably did relax in some way. We were away from the usual home routine long enough to get a taste. Hoping to do that again next year.
