If I have to pay before I get my food or I have to stand to order, I'm not tipping. Stop telling me I can leave a tip on the next screen.
You can earn a tip by providing excellent service. That doesn't include me serving myself.
Quit giving money to annoying or abusive establishments. They're probably selling poison disguised as food anyway.
