I'm not having good luck today. My relay list was wiped and so was the list of people I follow. Not sure how or why this happens. Any ideas? The only clients I use are Damus on an iPhone 14 Pro and https://iris.to on desktop.

You should be able to restore your follow list on https://nostrgram.co then visit your profile, click the follows button, and restore it.
As for why it happens, it sounds like it's a misbehaving relay or client that isn't sending your full contact list to all fo your relays.
