Anyone willing to help me build a simple Bitcoin only e-commerce website with BTC Pay Server integration via voltage.cloud ?

I already have the on-chain and lightning setup in BTC Pay Server, but would like a nice front end website for my products.

Building e-commerce from scratch even if simple will be expensive (and imo wasted money). Why not use existing open source solutions like woocommerce, prestashop or magento? All of these have BTCPay integration plugins available and can be installed in a few minutes.
