When there's 100 daily users, you can moderate your own feed. It's a group chat. When you have 100s of thousands or millions you'll probably want some tools to help. It's not censorship to give users tools and options that help them moderate their experience. Opt-in tools are the key here, algorithm choice, mute bots, some secret third thing I'm not tech savvy enough to think of.
