Pho with the gelatinous meat cuts win hands down

I like my red meats, gelatinous doesn’t sound good to me.

If the soup doesn't jiggle the morning after why even bother 😒

Wow, you’re a real foodie

The Lord said unto us; thou shalst throw chicken nibbly bits into the soup. Amen.

Aaaaaamen

I just remembered that the spiciest thing I ever ate was chicken feet

Ew

Yeah. But it was Korea, and I was trying new things

Was it any good, or you couldn’t taste it over the spice

Mostly the latter, but I also couldn't taste it over the soju

Fried chicken feet in mysterious red sauce 💀

I have never heard any one say I wish I have… chicken feet right now

I have! 😂 oh, memories

Exactly. Nuclear, maybe. Come to think of it, the DMZ wasn't too far away...

I can say this was the best pho I had

(See that rib sticking out? That one.) 😄

Mmm I see bean sprouts on the side. At least I think I do. I like those

Yup, everything in pho but in a burrito format.

If its the right level of spiciness - but pho can be crazy spicy!

Just don’t get the out in the jalapeños. But there is an “angry pho” I am thinking of that makes me sweat.

My brain has stopped working I see my autocorrect is telling me to go to bed.

Haven't been to Vietnam, so I can't say definitively. But I'd say probably Chinese.
