For that reason, I wish I had never bought on an exchange. Shitty sticky KYC.

We need to orange-pill without sending people to exchanges. I wish I learned that lesson earlier.

Coinjoin?

Not really, that would just substitute the UTXOs with new ones. You have to sell BTC with kyc in order to be able to deny ownership.

Is there legal precedent for that ownership denial? Or would you mind sharing where you learned that?

Coin join doesn’t get rid of kyc

Kyc is a record of you buying

I know that. I should’ve expanded that I think Coinjoin can disrupt the “sticky” and traceability aspects started with KYC

Forward looking privacy. But the State knows you bought it and own it sadly

Uhhhh… time for a boating accident

boating accidents won’t save you

if you are compelled by the state to prove you haven’t spent your sats without paying tax & you claim you lost your keys

then the moment you move the sats you could be charged with perjury

I should’ve hinted I wasn’t serious

More retarded than losing your whole stack in a basic house fire? Blank cold card and blank phone tells “them" nothing.
