Taky to vůbec nechápu. Nejlepší je, jak si to potom racionalizujou, že "jsou v kanclu výkonnější" a že "nemaj tendenci se flákat". Pokud má člověk tyhle tendence, tak je podle mě na místě změnit kariéru, a ne se dobrovolně věznit, aby mě nepřemohly impulzy.
Myslim si, ze obcas memaji ma vyber a jsou predstaveni vyberu bud budes chodit do kanclu x dni v tydnu, nebo pujdes. Nikdy nevis jestli nemaji male deti, jsou jedini zivitele rodin a nemohou si dovolit mit vypadek v prijmu. Nanestesti ne kazda firma umoznuje lidem makat 100% z domova. Soudit ostatni je tak strasne jednoduche
Samozřejmě o těhle případech nemluvím. To už není otázka komfortu, ale v podstatě přežití. Mluvím o těch lidech, který by si v pohodě mohli dovolit změnit práci a nejsou na nic vázaný, ale bylo by to pro ně krátkodobě nepohodlný, tak to neudělaj.

Pssst, don't tell them. They'll only be more depressed, while waiting in traffic to get to the said glass cubicle. Let them listen to some Taylor Swift instead and do not disturb their denial.
And then they go to their homes, which probably aren’t glass cubicles, but likely still full of LED lights, where they’ll stare at screens into the night
Maybe some people like to talk to each other in person, socialize a bit. Is this really so sick?
