post / boost / zap / repost
You post a note. You boost it if it's good. You zap it if it deserves a zap. "Repost" will always be creating a new post with old content to me.
That's my take on terminology. Discuss.
I forgot quoting. You can also quote a note. Which sounds weird because it rhymes.
