Every election cycle, we invest our collective attention, hope, and brainpower into leaders who promise progress—then deliver distraction, dysfunction, and disaster.

And they retire…

To think tanks.

To memoirs.

To yacht panels.

Meanwhile, the planet burns, the working class drowns in debt, and trust in institutions evaporates.

Maybe it’s time for a radical idea:

Eco-friendly leadership offboarding.

Not violence—

But symbolic, recyclable, publicly-verified termination protocols.

Imagine:

✅ Leaders sign cognitive performance contracts

✅ Measured by actual outcomes, not PR optics

✅ Miss the mark?

Let’s be honest:

We need less career politics, and more consequence engineering.
