I'm curious why you dont get enough? But I know that this can be hard for good reasons & stupid ones alike. Menthal health, workoverload or taking care of other people.
But hey, you just started your spiral upwards again :D
My Tipp would be to eat a big breakfast with lots of fat & protein. Like some eggs with bacon. Fat & protein will give you the most energy. And whatever you do in the morning, does not matter how bad your day goes, noone can take that win away :)
