Does anyone know of any resources for adults who have ADHD but chose (for whatever reason but hopefully not "drugs are bad") not to be medicated ?

I did biofeedback as a kid. Hipnosiss, meditation, diet/excersize. Sometimes anxiety/ depression may present like adhd and then you can look at several forms of therapy.

*Pro tip- You may also want to try a chiropractor. Kinks in the nervous system can have all sorts of strange effects.
