Fairly disingenuous response, fruit is fruit, just as theft is theft, even in the Supreme Courts and RBG's Notorious Legal Opinions. It's theft, and theft does not confer ownership over to the thief.

Disingenuous? The correct word is factual. The Natives could not hold the land and whites took it. Now its being taken in another kind of conquest by illegal immigrants. When they succeed will you feel that it is right to return the land back to the whites in a few decades?

And its always weak to leave a discussion with a hand wave like you did, but I saw that a lot on twitter and here. When you cannot win with logic, win with ad hominem and displacement.
