Bitcoin for freedom and nostr for freedom and keeping up with actual intresting stuff getting build may sound simple but it is simple

It’s like waking up at 04:30, making a fresh coffee, lighting up a joint and coming out to the porch watching the world slowly starting to wake up

Bitcoin gives me freedom and my payments cannot be forbidden. The freedom is the most important value for the humankind. And lightning? Serves well for all the micro transactions ⚡.

Fast, final, and nearly free compared to traditional alternatives. It’s better money that has an actual relationship to the physical world as opposed to fiat.

Bitcoin is our best tool to enable human flourishing. This has been stalled by the psychopaths with the money printers for generations. Inflation is theft!

The reason I use bitcoin is be a few years ago I filled taxes and I always owe ok no problem. The problem was that 3 days later I had a decline on my checking account from the irs. So I would of woke to $0.00 that morning and it was close to the end of the month luckily I had btc in a crypto .com.. so that made be read about the Unconfiscatable part and the next day I stopped parking money in a bank account.. ohh and I became a TOXIC MAXI. NOW ITS SELF CUSTODY AND NO CRYPTO. COM LOL

Lightning I have shop around my way.. coffee pizza barber but but they are all at least one hour away or more so I do try and pay for with Lightning..

In math class I never understood why my teachers would make sure we show our work (proof of work).

If the answer was right but the proof of work was wrong… you got marked ‘wrong answer”…

Now I understand why ‘Proof of Work’ is important.

I Came for the Quick money, loose a lot of my little workers money while educating more and more. Am now interested in bitcoin and monero. Bitcoin and exspecially lightning is fascinating as anti inflation anti bangster money. The best for me is to see, that the other 6 billion get a Chance. Watched a lot Youtube Videos and in the most of Andreas antonopoulos it is said all. Also the little seeds everywhere in the World like bitcoin askari etc are really nice to see. #fixthemoneyfixtheworld

I use Bitcoin to save for financial freedom in the near future, savings, retirement, etc. I use lightning network to pay for services over the web and to pay my son his weekly allowance.

Moral imperative.

Throug out history, it is proven that technology liberates peoples abillities.

A few examples:

Warfare: from swords and arrows to gunpowder operating weapons

Transportation: from horses to trains and cars.

Light: from candles and fires to electric lightbulbs.

Communication: from paper letters to now telecommunication.

Information: from a library to the internet.

And now it's the money's turn: from fiat money to #Bitcoin; the solution to have decentralised electronic cash. It started as the blockchain and now we have the 2nd layer: lightning network to scale it further for every day transactions.

There will be way more layers and sidechains, some with niche usecases, others widely adopted.

It is and will change the way the whole world uses money and ways to earn money. The result of that will be an excelleration of innovations in other sciences all because of desired money.

In the meantime, the old monetary system will implode, the bribing will be over and secrets will be revealed.

How to handle all this? Adapt! Adapt to changing structures just as You've adapted to using bitcoin. 😉

I use bitcoin as a store of value. I don't use lightning network for actual payments. Where I live I found only one place that accepts bitcoin. People are still skeptical unfortunately, but on the other hand this makes me more bullish on the market cap of bitcoin. I would love to start a little business and get payed only in bitcoin on a lightning wallet, but I don't have any valuable idea. I would love also to do mining but here the energy is expensive and there are frictions for buying directly on the energy wholesale market.

It‘s time to chance the global banking System.

Hi, I use Bitcoin as my store of value / time energy as it's the only way to prevent my Fiat money from diluting every minute every second. Bitcoin is asymmetrical while the rest like real estate, stocks and bonds are built on top of the Fiat base layer.

I use lightning ⚡ as a great way to earn sats from the orange pill community, these sats can cover my transaction fee when I move my Bitcoin to cold wallet.

Bitcoin price will be the most watched currency conversion chart in years to come.

Reposting something applicable I wrote a few days back:

Economic incentives under a sound money standard (#Bitcoin) interest the hell out of me.

With a cost of capital set by markets and influenced by the fixed supply of #Bitcoin it seems CapEx would undergo a metamorphosis.

It’s likely lenders would be meticulous with their investment(s) and funding would flow more to productive enterprises in lieu of non-productive ventures. Greatly reducing the amount of cheap junk in economies - a dream come true imo.

Another outcome of a global sound money would be the cessation of exchange-rate arbitrage. Less (or no) cheap labor markets would also dramatically reduce the economic incentive to manufacture low-quality non-essential junk to arbitrage in wealthier markets.

I know these dynamic are likely farther down the road but the potential for sound money to create positive incentives that fix issues at scale gets me hopeful.
