Reducing the amount of decimals in Bitcoin, or Converting to integers will hopefully get rid of The Price Bois (NGU), Speculators like Michael Saylor, and Centralized Mining System.

I don't see that happening at all. If anything, it will be the opposite, as NGU-concerned market speculators will feel like they get more units per dollar. That said, sats are the standard and having no decimal points makes life easier.
If they scare and scatter because of a denomination change, they've lost the plot anyway. I will take confused boys sats all day. Call em dicks for all I care. I will take their dicks.
