It is amazing and it only uses a small amount of electricity each time it rotates. It is great example of some clever engineering.

Yes. You can use the water height in the tubs to utilize gravity to do most of the work rotating the thing. I'm super impressed. I also don't think I ever would have thought of that. It's so brilliant it hurts.
