Ahhh I see. I do a lot of tofu-based products

Yeah its like the opposite of tofo, it can’t taste like anything but it is texture which helps immensely.

I have used it in lentils sloppy joes & bolognese sauce. The kids & wife were none the wiser

Oh add smashed garlic and onions. You can make a better burger than anything store bought.
